We’re seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to deliver top-quality home health care — and share in our vision of advancing better living and care for aging adults.

What We’re Looking For:
Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s)
2–4 years of experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Passion for empowering seniors to live independently
Core Responsibilities Include:
Evaluate and treat patients as ordered by a physician
Develop and implement personalized plans of care
Educate and support patients and caregivers
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Supervise PTAs and aides per state regulations
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Engage in ongoing education and team meetings
