Saint Mary’s Behavioral Health Center, part of NANA Healthcare Management, is seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Phlebotomist to support our clinical team.
The Phlebotomist is responsible for safely and accurately obtaining blood specimens, preparing patients for blood draws, maintaining specimen integrity, and completing required documentation and related procedures. This position works closely with nursing and other members of the multidisciplinary treatment team in a behavioral healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working with patients who may be anxious, apprehensive, or hesitant about blood draws and can provide professional, calm, and compassionate care while maintaining strict safety and confidentiality standards.

This position is primarily performed indoors in a temperature-controlled healthcare environment. The role may involve exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials and may require working with patients experiencing behavioral or emotional distress.
Physical and safety requirements include adherence to all applicable infection-control, blood-borne pathogen, workplace safety, and patient-safety procedures.
