
Physical Therapist - Pediatric Therapy
This position will float between Elizabethtown and Radcliff locations
PRN - As needed
Performs all patient evaluations, writes Plan of Care in accordance with MD.
Completes required documentation and submits within the allotted timeframe.
Maintain standards of quality in accordance with accepted standards and hospital and departmental policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Kentucky license as a physical therapist required. Requires a Bachelor, Master or Doctoral degree from a physical therapy program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE), or higher.
BLS preferred at hire, required within 90 days after hire.
