Sentara, an Award-Winning Innovative Healthcare System, is looking for an Endovascular Neurosurgeon to cover PRN shifts in beautiful Virginia Beach.
Located on the site for Eastern Virginia Medical School, Sentara Norfolk General, Voted #1 Hospital in Virginia, is a 543 bed Comprehensive Stroke Center with level 1 trauma, dedicated Neuro-ICU, and resident physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians to support the busy service. Comprehensive 24/7 endovascular services are provided by our fellowship trained Endovascular Neurosurgeons and Interventional NeuroRadiologists. A mature, dedicated 24/7 TeleStroke program serves all system hospitals and free-standing EDS.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $1,019,616.00 - $1,155,336.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
Providers at Sentara are eligible for special benefits such as Annual CME Allowance and 100% malpractice and tail coverage.
