Perimeter Behavioral Healthcare of the Ozarks provides residential treatment for adolescents in a supportive, healing environment. Our mission is to inspire hope and promote health and well-being through compassionate, integrated clinical care.
As a PRN Case Manager, you will provide case management services that support the treatment, recovery, and successful discharge of adolescent patients. Working alongside therapists, physicians, nurses, and residential staff, you will help coordinate care, communicate with families and community providers, and advocate for each patient's individual needs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in behavioral health and values a flexible schedule.
Competitive hourly pay based on education and experience.
This is an in-person position located in Springdale, Arkansas. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to the facility.
