We are hiring part-time CNAs and HHAs who are specifically looking for short caregiver shifts of 4 hours or less

--This is a W-2 employee position providing non-skilled in-home care for clients with a variety of needs and home environments.

This role is ideal for caregivers who want:

  • Short shifts only (up to 2 to 4 hours)
  • Fill-in shifts
  • Supplemental income
  • Part time and PRN shifts
  • Shifts that fit around another job, school, or family responsibilities


Employment & Schedule:

  • Employment Type: Part-Time (W-2 Employee)
  • Shift length: Up to 4 hours per shift
  • No guaranteed hours,
  • Flexible scheduling based on availability and client needs
  • Weekend differential pay
  • Mechanical lift differential pay


Caregiver Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-skilled personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, mobility assistance, ambulation, fall prevention
  • Follow individualized care plans via Wellsky (electronic charting and care plan)
  • Maintain client safety and dignity at all times
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff
  • Document electronically after every shift

Home Environment Expectations
Caregivers must be comfortable working in a variety of non-skilled home care environments, including:

  • Homes with dogs and/or cats
  • Clients requiring personal care
  • Clients with varying care needs within non-skilled home care scope
  • Dependability and adaptability are essential for success in this role
  • Able to commit to one shift per week, including last minute fill-ins.

Requirements

  • CNA license or HHA certification
  • Experience as a caregiver (in home care)
  • Reliable transportation
  • *Level II background
  • Dependable, professional, and adaptable
  • Work at least 1 short shift per week.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
