About the Role: True North: Behavioral Health Worker
Our approach doesn’t stop at treatment—we collaborate with programs like Withdrawal Management, Crisis Response Teams, Intensive Outpatient, Medication-Assisted Treatment, and Recovery Support Services, ensuring comprehensive support for every step of the recovery journey.
As a Behavioral Health Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients overcome mental health and substance use challenges. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll implement individualized care plans, serve as a compassionate advocate, and provide the emotional support clients need to thrive.
