You'll leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional compliance and consulting services, helping families navigate complex tax situations and preserve their wealth.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review intricate tax returns for individuals, partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and estates.
• Develop proactive tax plans, including strategies for federal estate, gift, charitable giving, and minimizing generation-skipping taxes.
• Stay abreast of evolving tax laws and regulations to offer insightful solutions for high-net-worth clients.
• Continuously learn and refine your knowledge through coaching, firm-wide programs, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with both internal and external clients, collaborating effectively across the team.
• Guide the growth and development of team members using provided resources.
• Enjoy a collaborative work environment with social activities that promote a healthy work-life balance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (required).
• Actively pursuing a CPA, MST, or JD/LLM (highly preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in tax return review and planning for high-net-worth individuals, families, and their businesses.
• Passion for helping affluent families achieve their wealth management goals.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship (a strong plus).
