Job brief

The Relationship Manager (RM) is the primary link between the bank and its High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) clients. The RM manages client relationships end-to-end, from onboarding to portfolio management, ensuring alignment with each clients investment profile and risk appetite. This role is central to driving business growth by achieving financial targets, growing assets under management (AUM), and deepening wallet share, while delivering the banks signature standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new HNWI clients through referrals, market development, and collaboration with internal banking teams.
• Complete client onboarding requirements with PW Support, ensuring compliance and smooth handover to leadership.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding financial goals, risk appetite, and investment needs.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and recommend tailored financial and investment solutions to grow AUM and wallet share.
• Drive business growth by cross-selling products, expanding client engagement, and identifying new market opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with AML, audit, and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate client records and risk controls.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in banking or financial services, preferably handling HNWI or investment clients.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client profiles and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident in engaging senior clients and internal stakeholders.
