  • Seamlessly navigate data points within HubSpot, Salesforce, and other Private Wealth data platforms. Coordinate closely with technical teams to ensure reliable availability of marketing data across new and existing initiatives.

  • Act as a data steward for marketing analytics, ensuring CRM, campaign, and digital data are used consistently and flagging data quality issues that affect reporting or compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with CRM and marketing platforms and reconciling data across systems to produce consistent and actionable reports and dashboards

  • Strong experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tool; ability to create actionable and compelling data visualizations

  • Proficiency in SQL; demonstrated ability to extract meaningful insight from raw data

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM systems preferred

  • Experience working with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake)
