About Us:

  • Responsible for handling all aspects of onboarding clients in a smooth and efficient process

  • Supporting RMs for all on-going sales, service and communications with clients and prospects

  • Coordinating and communicating with different internal teams such compliance, risk management and operation to complete all required process for clients’ serves and products sales.

  • Handling and executing clients orders and products trading according the approved manuals

  • Assisting work and hoc tasks when necessary assigned by the supervisors and managers

Qualification:

  • Bachelor degree holders (Master degree preferred)

  • At least 3 years of experience in client servicing

  • Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin and English

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication capability

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

  • Detail oriented and able to multi task and work under pressure

  • Faster learner, team worker and self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit

  • High level of integrity, honesty, diligence and loyalty
