Our Investment Strategies Include:

• Primary Fund Investments: Facilitate investments in private equity

  funds across asset classes and geographies.​

• Equity Co-Investments: Coordinate direct investments alongside

  premier private equity sponsors.​

• Secondaries: Manage the acquisition of limited partnership interests

  in seasoned private equity funds.​

• Private Credit: Structure and execute investments in private debt

  instruments.​

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as an intermediary between investment funds and potential

  investors.​

• Prepare marketing materials and formulate targeting strategies.​

• Organize roadshows and negotiate on behalf of the fund.

• Enhance the credibility of fund managers by leveraging established networks.
  

Experience & Skills Qualifications:

• Experience in investment banking or capital markets.​

• Strong networking abilities with institutional investors.​

• Understanding of securities regulations.​

• Ability to prepare comprehensive marketing materials.
