Job Description
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and highly professional and diligent Private Personal Assistant to support an UHNW Principal with all day-to-day support, liaising across all office, household and project teams, contributing to the efficient running of all areas of her life and business and private projects. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, highly rewarding environment where no two days are the same.
Hours:- Full-time, with flexibility to be responsive beyond standard office hours
Location:- Mayfair, with some international travel
Salary:- Generous salary package, dependent upon experience

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Personal Assistant Duties:
- Assisting the principal with the management of various residences in London, US and elsewhere
- Calendar management, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel plans.
- Maintaindirectory of contacts
- Note-taking during meetings, following up on actions and reminders.
- Handling ad hoc errands, including personal shopping and task coordination.
- Managing correspondence and liaising with household staff and external vendors as needed.
- Gatekeeper, first point of contact, and ‘eyes-and-ears’ for the principal
- Overseeing front of house team in Family Office
- Coordinating both personal and professional travel arrangements, including visa applications etc
- Supporting the Principal in managing their time and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Project Support:
- Assist the teams managing complex residential renovation projects from planning to completion.
- Track and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and contractors, ensuring seamless communication.
- Set up and manage trade accounts.
- Prepare detailed meeting minutes and action item lists during project meetings.
- Conduct research, gather quotations, and analyze costs to assist in decision-making.
- Maintain meticulous records of all project documents, including contracts, permits, and plans.
- Create and update project schedules and progress reports for the Principal.
- Oversee procurement and logistics for materials, furnishings, and equipment.
- Manage correspondence and resolve queries related to ongoing projects.
Candidates must be / have:
- Strong Private PA experience working within large family office / household teams, ideally with some previous exposure to high-end projects such as residential renovations or yacht refits.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Have common sense and initiative.
- Be self-motivated and disciplined to work proactively and with autonomy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Strong multitasking ability and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A flexible and committed approach, to work to different timezones as necessary and be responsive outside of standard office hours
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a high degree of professionalism.
