Help guests create unforgettable experiences on the mountain by connecting them with the perfect lesson opportunity at Mt. Hood Meadows. As a Private Lessons Team Member, you'll play an important role in supporting our guests from their first inquiry through the scheduling process, helping them find the right lesson option for their needs.
Working closely with the Meadows Learning Center team, you'll manage private and adaptive lesson requests, communicate with guests by phone, email, and in person, process payments, and provide accurate information about our lesson offerings. You'll use your attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities to ensure each guest receives a seamless and personalized experience.
This is a guest-focused administrative role for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and being part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced mountain environment. If you thrive creating positive interactions and making a guest's experience easier from the very beginning, we'd love to speak with you about joining the Guest Services team.

This is a Full-Time, Seasonal position

Qualifications and Experience:
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Excellent written and verbal communicator
• Proficient in Windows-based applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently unsupervised
• Ability to work with computers and other electronics
• Proficient in phone and email communication
• Effectively work in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to advance several tasks simultaneously
• Commit to work weekends and holidays during the operational season
• Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business
• Must have reliable transportation for winter road conditions

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience with reservation scheduling
• 1 year experience in a guest service or administrative role
• Proficiency with RTP or similar POS experience
• Proficient with web-based applications like Google Drive, WordPress CMS, Dayforce, etc.

Compensation:
• Starting Wage: $19.40 - $23.72 hourly

Hood National Forest, offering some of the most spectacular skiing and snowboarding in the Pacific Northwest, as well as incredible hiking in the summer. We aim to be the prime Mt.
