Salary Range: $85,000.00 - $10,000.00 Salary/year

Summary / Position Purpose:
The TestEquity Private Label Merchandising Manager develops branding strategies for own-brand products, focusing on assortment, promotion, and visual presentation to drive sales and brand loyalty, involving market research, data analysis, OEM product branding, team and close collaboration with marketing, digital and sales to ensure consistent branding and optimal product flow, from sourcing to shelf.

Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Planning: Develop merchandising plans, analyze sales data, identify market trends, and create promotional campaigns for private label goods.
- Visual Merchandising: Create compelling product brand visuals and displays to ensure brand consistency across all channels, and optimize the customer experience when buying Private Label
- Customer Insight: Create a VOC plan to ensure we align our customers’ needs for Private Label to our New Product Roadmap
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Digital, Content and Sales teams and to align direction, strategies and execute campaigns.
- Budgeting: Develop and manage budgets for merchandising activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activity to make data-driven adjustments.

Qualifications Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- 3+ years of online merchandising experience is required
- 1+ years of experience managing a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel is required
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Business acumen and budget management
- Creative thinking and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and leadership
- Understanding of retail marketing and branding
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
