Air Charter Service is the number one aviation broker providing brokering services to our Cargo, Commercial and Private Jet customers. Founded in 1990, ACS have successfully operated for over 35 years and now have global presence with over 40 offices and 800+ employees worldwide!

We are looking for candidates who are experienced working in a customer facing role with luxury products & services and want to travel with their career whilst delivering a service beyond expectations to all of their clients!

Consisting of high-net-worth individuals and their representatives, our sales consultants arrange private jets charters for everything and anything from corporate business meetings to leisure trips.

Joining the company as a trainee, you will be assigned a mentor who will work closely with you in your first 6 months as you become familiar with the role and industry. During this time, you will see first-hand what goes into ensuring a private jet charter goes off with ease. You will learn everything from how to build a successful sales list, work with HNWI and of course, how to administer a charter flight all whilst delivering exceptional service to your clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a customer facing role in luxury products and services - essential 
• Fluency in German - essential / Swiss German is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills Client focused with the ability to build strong relationships Exceptional communication skills 
• Ambitious, motivated and willing to learn new skills & industry
• Hardworking and flexible,  this role is not simply 9-5
• Organised with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and targets  
• Strong resilience with the ability to thrive working under pressure
• MUST be able to travel frequently & often at short notice

Additional Information

70'000 CHF Base Salary + 10% Uncapped Commission

• 22 days holiday per year which increases with length of service
