Build scalable data platforms powering private investment portfolio analytics, reporting and risk oversight.

As Private Investments Analytics Professional within our Private Investments team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design scalable data pipelines, databases, and analytics infrastructure to support portfolio monitoring, risk management, and investment reporting.
  • Establish data governance, validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes to ensure accurate and consistent investment and risk data.
  • Leverage automation tools, AI-enabled solutions, and advanced analytics frameworks to improve data management, reporting efficiency, and risk monitoring.
  • Implement controls, monitoring processes, and exception management frameworks to strengthen risk oversight and operational resilience.
  • Partner with investment teams, risk managers, portfolio managers, and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies to continuously enhance the data ecosystem, analytical frameworks, and risk management capabilities.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering, data science, analytics, quantitative research, or a related role.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Python and experience with data engineering and analytics libraries.
  • Apply strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in database design, optimization, querying, and data modeling.
  • Work with relational and non-relational databases, data warehouses, and large-scale datasets.
  • Apply knowledge of data governance, metadata management, data quality controls, and master data management principles.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to design scalable, technology-enabled solutions.
  • Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders, clearly explaining technical concepts.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and ability to focus on complex tasks.
  • Demonstrate initiative and confidence completing assignments with limited supervision.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Master’s degree in a related quantitative discipline.
  • Bring experience in investment financial analysis, private equity, or private credit.
  • Use visualization/dashboarding tools such as Streamlit, Tableau, or Qlik.
  • Leverage experience with cloud-based analytics environments and modern data platforms.
