What’s the role?

As a Private Executive within Westpac Private Bank based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, you’ll be entrusted with managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. This is a relationship-first role where you’ll deliver bespoke banking, lending and wealth solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. You’ll collaborate across our Private Wealth ecosystem and broader Westpac Group to ensure seamless delivery of our full-service proposition. With a strong focus on acquisition, advocacy and portfolio performance, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial futures of Australia’s most successful individuals and families.

What do I need?

• RG146 compliant with deep understanding of AML/KYC obligations.
• Proven success in acquiring and growing HNW client portfolios.
• Mastery in banking, lending or wealth (ideally across all three).
• Strong understanding of alternate investments, bonds, hybrids, FX and interest rate swaps.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on portfolio profitability and risk management.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to navigate complex client needs with discretion, insight and professionalism.
