The Vice President will join a Boston based private equity firm focused on middle market investments. For more than 30 years they have invested in companies with enterprise value of $100-$200M.

The Vice President (VP) will be a key member of the deal team, focusing on equity-led buyout transactions. This individual will lead deal execution, support sourcing through independent sponsor partnerships, and work closely with founders and management teams post-investment.
