Core responsibilities may include:

• Supporting M&A transactions through modeling, valuation, due diligence, and deal execution
• Leading or contributing to financial analysis, performance tracking, and budgeting for portfolio companies
• Preparing materials for internal and external stakeholders, including investment committee decks
• Identifying and executing strategic growth initiatives across portfolio companies
• Partnering with deal teams and operators to drive operational improvements and value creation
• End to End Accounting and Accounting Leadership

Ideal candidates will bring:

• 2–8+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory (TAS/FDD), corporate development, or FP&A
• Preference for candidates with Big 4 backgrounds in Transaction Advisory or Financial Due Diligence
• CPA preferred; MBA or CFA is a plus
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with comfort working in data-heavy environments
• Prior experience supporting buy-side or sell-side transactions is highly valued
