The #1 Priority of this position is…

To assist the Departments’ Manager in their daily duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Maintenance of all client files, including filing of all required documents.
• Notifies/Communicates/Assists patients as instructed by Department’s Manager.
• Answer phones as needed.
• Contact nurses/therapists/aides as needed.
• Orders and faxes labs and supplies requests.
• Assists the Departments’ Manager in any clerical/administrative duty assigned, including filing, answering phones, scanning, data entry and/or copying documents.
• Any other necessary task as assigned by Management.

Qualifications
• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Home Health experience of knowledge of Clinical Terminology preferred.
• Office Skills
• Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

• Responsible, always on time, resourceful, very accurate and detail oriented.
• Flexible as to work schedule.
• Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently AND as a team member.
• Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written in English. Spanish preferred.
