Now Hiring: PRN Private Duty – Appointment Escort Wage: $15.00 per hour weekday, $17.00 per hour weekend. Must have clear Florida Driver's License.

The Appointment Escort provides personalized support by safely accompanying residents to medical appointments and outings while ensuring a smooth, comfortable, and positive experience.

Responsibilities:

• Escort residents safely to and from medical appointments and community outings
• Assist with transportation coordination and ensure timely arrival
• Support appointment check-in and navigation within medical offices
• Provide friendly conversation, reassurance, and companionship
• Assist residents in preparing questions and taking notes during appointments (if requested)
• Communicate important updates or concerns to appropriate staff or family (as directed)
• Ensure residents return home safely and comfortably

Qualifications:

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to walk, stand, and assist with mobility support for extended periods
• Experience working with seniors preferred, but not required
