At The Bicester Collection, we create exceptional experiences for our guests, our brand partners and our people. As part of our Private Client Services team, the Private Client Manager plays a key role in shaping high-value client relationships and delivering a truly personalised luxury journey.
This role sits at the crossroads of clienteling, Personal Shopping and hospitality, with full accountability for driving the performance of a portfolio of High Value Clients (VIC).
As a Private Client Manager, you will own and develop a dedicated portfolio of high-value clients, driving qualified visits and sales through proactive engagement and relationship-based clienteling.
You will act as both a commercial driver and experience curator, combining sales mindset with an elevated hospitality approach to deliver truly memorable and bespoke experiences.
