We have a fantastic opportunity for a Private ClientAdjuster in London and South East.

We are excited to offer a rare opportunity for an ambitious Loss Adjuster to join our exclusive London Private Clients team. This role is ideal for professionals with proven field experience, particularly those who have handled High Net Worth (HNW) claims.

Our HNW clients typicallyresidein luxury homes and own high-value contents and valuables. As a result, the claims we manage are complex, nuanced, and varied. We are committed to delivering a highly personal service with unwavering attention to detail and care.

This role requires a sharp eye for detail, a compassionate approach, and a strategic mindset. You willbe responsible formanaging intricate claims, liaising with discerning clients, andmaintainingthe highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

We are looking for individuals who can think critically, communicate effectively, and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. You will be supported by a collaborative team that values integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The skills you will have when you apply:

  • A full UK Driving Licence It is essential you can travel by car

  • Demonstrable experience of handling complex and major lossesin excess of£100,000on a chargeable time basisor a keen desire to progress to this level

  • Dip CILA/ACILA status(or working towards this qualification).

  • Excellent communication skills:You'llspeak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more.You’llexplain complex detailsclearly, andnegotiate fair settlements for all.

What is helpful, but not vital, in your application:

  • Use of Apple software such as iPads, or other tablets
