AI Adoption Specialist – Estates & Private Client

Nottingham Office | Permanent, full-time, hybrid working model: 3 days in the office/field

About Our Client

Our client is the leading provider of Legal Practice Productivity Solutions globally and forms part of one of the world's largest international LegalTech groups. For more than 30 years, their curiosity and commitment to continual improvement have kept them reimagining productivity tools for lawyers and their staff to support their guiding purpose to 'Help lawyers who help people'. Their market-leading software is relied upon by more than 100,000 legal professionals in small and medium-sized law firms worldwide.

Working alongside an international team of passionate high achievers, you'll join a fast-growing technology business where things seldom stay the same for long. With over 1,000 smart, caring, and ambitious colleagues working together across the UK, Australia, Canada, the US, Ireland, Poland, and New Zealand, you'll find yourself in excellent company.

Meet the Team

Our client's vision is to be the world's most valued LegalTech company, and their customer-facing teams are the champions who ensure every law firm achieves real, lasting value from their software.

You'll combine curiosity, empathy, and a practical understanding of how lawyers work with a human touch to help firms embrace new technology with confidence. Backed by world-class systems, an established product suite, and a collaborative international team, you'll be at the heart of helping law firms put AI to practical use.

What You'll Do

Our client is launching an impactful new role dedicated to helping Private Client law firms across the UK adopt and maximize the value of AI within their Estates and Private Client software platform. This is an exciting opportunity for an influential, approachable, and legally qualified specialist to turn AI from a buzzword into everyday legal practice.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive the adoption of integrated AI capabilities by demonstrating clear, practical value to Private Client firms and their fee earners.
  • Plan and deliver interactive onboarding sessions, hands-on workshops, tailored training, and webinars for fee earners, support staff, and partners.
  • Assess firms' readiness for AI adoption and identify high-impact use cases across Private Client workflows, including will and LPA drafting, probate, estate administration, document review, and client onboarding.
  • Coach lawyers on leveraging AI effectively within the platform, building their practical skills, trust, and confidence through ongoing support.
  • Create engaging enablement resources such as best-practice playbooks, prompt libraries, user guides, and short video tutorials.
  • Track adoption metrics and usage trends, identify operational bottlenecks, and share data-driven insights with client firms to improve outcomes and retention.
  • Gather structured user feedback and collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Engineering teams to help steer the AI product roadmap.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Support, and Sales colleagues to establish and nurture an internal network of AI champions across client firms.
  • Support commercial growth by participating in targeted product demonstrations, webinars, and high-value client engagements.
  • Spearhead thought leadership initiatives—including articles, panel webinars, and podcasts—to engage the Private Client legal community.
  • Keep abreast of legal AI regulations, market developments, and emerging tech, sharing actionable insights across the organization.
  • Attend industry conferences and legal events to connect with existing customers and expand firm relationships.

What You'll Bring

If you are ready to lead, innovate, and shape how Private Client practitioners harness AI to modernize legal services, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years' experience working in Private Client, ideally within small to medium-sized law firms.
  • Private Client process subject matter expert with the ability to bridge advanced AI features to real-world legal workflows.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology and AI, with practical familiarity with generative AI tools and legal practice software.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching skills, able to demystify complex technical concepts for legal professionals at all levels.
  • A client-service mindset marked by empathy, patience, and a consultative style when guiding users through change management.
  • A self-motivated, proactive attitude with a drive to foster innovation and client success.

Our client is an inclusive, people-first employer committed to breaking down institutional barriers that prevent people from reaching their full potential. If you meet some, but not all, of the requirements above, we still strongly encourage your application.

What You'll Get

On top of a competitive salary and car allowance, you will receive an extensive benefits package:

  • Friendly, supportive, and motivated team culture
  • 8% employer pension contribution
  • Comprehensive private medical insurance, including optical and dental
  • £80 monthly gym / wellness contribution
  • Life insurance cover
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Dedicated professional development fund
  • Enhanced parental leave
  • PerkBox membership
  • Cycle to Work scheme
  • 25 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays)
  • Work anniversary rewards
  • Paid time off for blood donation
  • Volunteer day (1 paid day per year dedicated to a charity of your choice)
