We’re working with a respected legal practice in London who are looking to bring in an experienced Private Client Solicitor. About the Role

You’ll be stepping into a well-structured, yet varied caseload of private client matters from wills and probate, to LPAs, estate planning, trusts and tax matters. The firm isn’t about cutting corners or clocking cases. They value doing things properly, with a clear, calm and client-friendly approach. Your ability to communicate complex issues in a way that puts people at ease will be key.

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday

  • 9-5 (does have varied start and end times to allow for flexibility)

Key Duties

  • Managing a varied caseload of private client work including wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and LPAs

  • Advising clients with empathy and clarity, particularly around tax planning and estate matters

  • Drafting legal documentation with accuracy and efficiency

  • Meeting and managing expectations of a high-quality client base, including HNW individuals

  • Staying on top of legal developments and compliance within private client law

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with experience in Wills, Probate, and Trusts.

  • 3+ years PQE (Senior) OR 5+ years PQE experience in handling Wills, Trusts, and Probate matters.

  • In-depth knowledge of UK inheritance laws, taxation, and probate procedures.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle complex cases.

  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in legal case management systems.

  • A strong commitment to client care and maintaining professional integrity.
