
We’re on the lookout for an ambitious newly qualified Private Client Solicitor who’s eager to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. As a Private Client NQ, you’ll be working across the full spectrum of private client work: wills, trusts, probate, inheritance issues, powers of attorney, perhaps some family‐led estate planning, and advising on the often delicate conversations around planning for the unexpected. You’ll be client‐facing, providing calm, clear advice, helping people through emotionally charged or complex situations.
The firm is a well-established general practice based in Andover, Talbot Walker, with strong roots in the local community. They offer both services for individuals (private client matters, family, wills & probate etc.) and business services (corporate, commercial property, employment etc.). | Their approach combines technical expertise with a personal touch: they care about more than just legal solutions

9:00am to 5:30pm
Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
Probate and Estate Administration
Advising on Inheritance Tax and Tax Planning
Trust Administration and related matters
Potential involvement in Court of Protection work
Liaising with clients, beneficiaries, and third parties with professionalism and
empathy
Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) in England & Wales (02 years PQE)
Experience in Private Client matters
Strong client care and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to manage matters independently with appropriate supervision
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
