Private Client Coordinator

As our Private Client Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Private Client team to deliver an exceptional luxury client experience. This is a highly collaborative position focused on supporting the team with day-to-day operations, client outreach, event coordination, reporting and digital clienteling activities, enabling the wider team to maximise sales opportunities and deliver world-class service.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment. While this role will have opportunities to build client relationships, its primary focus is to provide outstanding operational support across the Global Private Client function.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Private Client Associate will support the team in reaching the Global CRM team’s targets by handling the below missions:

Team Support

  • Support the Global Private Client team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate client appointments, virtual consultations and travel logistics where required.
  • Assist with event planning, guest list management, invitations, RSVP tracking and post-event follow-up.
  • Prepare presentations, reports and meeting materials for senior leadership.
  • Support the team with sample movements, gifting logistics and special orders.
  • Maintain accurate client information across CRM platforms.

Clienteling Support

  • Create digital edits and product selections using Tulip.
  • Prepare product recommendations and styling presentations.
  • Support follow-up communications after appointments and events.
  • Help coordinate Made-to-Order and Special Order requests.

CRM & Reporting

  • Produce weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyse client data to identify opportunities.
  • Support KPI reporting across the Private Client team.
  • Maintain dashboards using Excel.
  • Ensure data accuracy within Salesforce/C360 and Tulip.

Experience

  • 2–4 years' experience within Luxury Retail, CRM, Clienteling or Hospitality.
  • Experience supporting high-net-worth or VIC clientele is advantageous.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working within an international team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas and reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to produce polished executive presentations.
  • Excellent Microsoft Word skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (Salesforce, Tulip or similar).
  • Comfortable analysing data and producing reports.

Languages

  • Excellent written and spoken English. Additional language skills are highly desirable, particularly:
    • Spanish
    • Japanese
    • Korean
