We seek a professional, experienced caregiver available to work 10A-3P (the hours are set) caring for a client in the Pearland, Tx area. Must have transportation and valid drivers license/insurance.


  • Engage with the client through companionship and emotional support to promote mental stimulation and overall well-being.
  • Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, medication management, and toileting.
  • Engage with the client through companionship and emotional support to promote mental stimulation and over-all well being.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning to meet dietary needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness in resident living areas, including laundry and housekeeping tasks.
  • Monitor residents’ health and report any changes in condition to the agency Administrator.
  • Ensure client rights are respected and upheld at all times.
  • Assist in daily ambulation as needed.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
  • Ability to cook nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements.
  • Proficient in maintaining cleanliness and organization within living spaces.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with the client, family, co-workers, and agency Administrators.
  • Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to lift and assist residents safely while adhering to proper techniques.
  • Knowledge of resident rights and commitment to providing respectful care.
  • Dependable and equipped with reliable transportation to ensure punctuality and consistent availability.
  • Dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a proven ability to consistently honor work schedule commitments
