You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Business Intelligence and Sales Analytics. You have found the right team.

As a Business Intelligence Professional within our Global Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.Y ou will focus on partnering with sales management, advisors and marketing teams to shape distribution strategies through data-driven insights, and to embed these analytical processes into the organization’s decision-making framework to continually improve and evolve the insights delivered to the business.

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive BI strategies across Sales and Marketing to deliver actionable insights.
  • Translate business questions into structured analyses that inform decisions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders.
  • Optimize dashboard performance and usability via data modeling and scripting.
  • Conduct deep data exploration to assess client behavior and market opportunities.
  • Ingest, clean, and transform large datasets for analytics and reporting.
  • Enhance data literacy by delivering timely, prescriptive, actionable insights.
  • Partner with Technology to build and improve data pipelines and data quality.
  • Define metrics and KPIs and convert them into analysis and recommendations.
  • Collaborate across functions and regions to align on priorities and solutions.
  • Support continuous improvement to scale outreach, acquisition, and retention.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold an MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or related analytics fields with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Bring experience in data visualization and sales analytics (e.g., lead gen, market sizing).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark, and in Tableau.
  • Work confidently with large datasets in iterative development cycles.
  • Communicate insights clearly in writing and presentations for diverse audiences.
  • Apply strong analytical rigor, curiosity, and critical thinking to complex problems.
  • Translate data into compelling narratives and actionable business solutions.
  • Operate effectively with evolving goals and ambiguity; champion innovation.
  • Manage time and priorities well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with sales management, advisors, and marketing to shape strategies.
  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and documentation.

  • Bring Private Banking/Wealth Management analytics experience.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines with technology partners.
  • Develop CRM-linked analytics for prospecting and deepening.
  • Present insights to senior stakeholders with clear, concise storytelling.
  • Apply data governance and quality frameworks.
  • Use advanced Tableau features and performance tuning.
  • Work seamlessly with global, cross-functional teams across time zones.
