You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in Marketing Intelligence and Analytics. You have found the right team.

As a Marketing Intelligence Professional within our Global Business Intelligence team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment. Y ou will focus on partnering with marketing and digital teams and work across multi-channels to identify key metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track and, deliver intelligence solutions in the hands of the stakeholders. you will help shape marketing strategies through data-driven insights, and embed these insights into the organization’s decision-making framework. You will create, coordinate and execute on our strategic priorities across marketing, analytics, and technology.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for multi‑channel marketing business intelligence.
  • Identify and design KPIs; translate business problems into structured analyses and insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain stakeholder dashboards and reports.
  • Optimize dashboard performance and usability through data modeling and scripting.
  • Conduct in‑depth data exploration to understand client behavior, market opportunities, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ingest, clean, transform, and model multi‑source data for analytics and reporting.
  • Deliver timely, prescriptive, actionable insights to guide marketing decisions.
  • Measure channel efficacy across web, email, publications, and media; implement and refine attribution models.
  • Support targeting, list management, and ROI evaluations for campaigns and events.
  • Partner with Technology to build/enhance data pipelines and improve data quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborate across global, cross‑functional teams to embed analytics into decision frameworks.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold an MBA or advanced degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, or other analytics‑focused fields with at least 3 years of experience
  • Bring experience in data visualization and marketing analytics across digital, social, and web channels.
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and Tableau.
  • Work iteratively with large datasets and evolving requirements.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Apply judgment, analytical rigor, curiosity, and creativity to solve complex problems.
  • Simplify ambiguity into actionable, data‑driven solutions.
  • Foster innovation and maintain an open, exploratory mindset.
  • Manage time effectively and adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with marketing and digital stakeholders across regions.
  • Uphold high standards of data accuracy, documentation, and quality.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Private Banking/Wealth Management marketing analytics experience.
  • Experience building and tuning marketing attribution models.
  • Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation platforms and data pipelines.
  • Advanced Tableau performance optimization and dashboard UX skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experiment design for campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management across global, multi‑channel environments.
  • Experience translating KPIs into executive‑ready insights and recommendations.
