Are you someone who can:
Support the Premium Manager in the effective management and execution of the Private Clients business strategy and day-to-day operations?
Coordinate portfolio, operational and administrative activities to ensure the efficient functioning of the Private Clients segment?
Prepare, analyse and maintain accurate business information, performance reports, presentations and management information to support informed decision-making?
Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends and opportunities, and support initiatives aimed at improving customer growth, retention and profitability?
Coordinate business projects, stakeholder engagements and the implementation of strategic initiatives across the Private Clients business?
Ensure effective management of governance, risk, compliance and operational processes within the Private Clients environment?
Build strong relationships with Private Bankers, internal stakeholders and support functions to ensure seamless execution of business priorities?
Demonstrate strong planning, organisational and analytical skills while managing multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment?
Communicate professionally, exercise sound judgement and take ownership of delivering high-quality outputs with attention to detail?
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency and support the delivery of an exceptional client and employee experience?
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
Have a Grade 12 certificate (25 points minimum). An appropriate Business Qualification, Commerce Degree or Banking-related qualification will be an added advantage.
Have 2 to 4 years' experience in a banking, financial services or business support environment, preferably within Private Banking, Relationship Banking or Retail Banking.
Possess sound knowledge of banking products, operational processes, governance, compliance and risk management.
Demonstrate strong analytical, reporting, administrative and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
Have experience preparing management information, coordinating business activities and supporting business or portfolio management functions.
Possess strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple teams.
Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyse data and prepare professional reports and presentations.
