ARR Talent is proud to be partnering with a prestigious international Private Bank to recruit an experienced Private Banker to join their growing team in Dubai.

Candidate Requirements

Our client’s first REQUIREMENT is for an existing Private Banker currently working with British and European clients and living in the UAE. They will, however, consider exceptional talent from the UK or Crown Dependencieswith the right client experience and a genuine commitment to relocating to Dubai.

This is a client-facing role. As an experienced Private Banker, you’ll be adept at managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth British and European clients.

You will deliver tailored financial planning solutions that span investments, lending, and cross-border financial planning.

Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards is a given in the role. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of international wealth management and a strong network within the UAE and broader GCC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship manager and financial adviser for a portfolio of private clients based in the UAE and wider Middle East.
• Deliver bespoke financial advice across banking, investments, wealth planning, and credit solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and attending relevant industry events.
• Conduct regular client reviews and lending renewals, ensuring timely and compliant service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet client needs and enhance the overall client experience.
• Maintain a strong understanding of regional and international regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance.
• Travel within the region as required to maintain and grow client relationships.
• Support the development of junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in Private Banking, ideally within the UAE or GCC markets.
• Strong understanding of investment products, credit solutions, and wealth planning strategies.
• Experience managing complex client relationships and delivering holistic Financial Advice.
• Familiarity with international and regional (UAE & GCC) regulatory frameworks is important.
• Commercially astute with a proactive approach to business development.
• Technologically proficient, with experience using CRM systems and financial planning tools.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• You will be minimum Level 4, Diploma qualified and ideally a Chartered Financial Adviser or Planner.
• Ideally CeMAP qualified with UK lending experience.
