The Privacy Program Analyst – Technical Leader serves as the technical lead for the global privacy program, responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling privacy capabilities across systems, data flows, and platforms. This role bridges legal/privacy requirements with technical execution and partners closely with IT, Engineering, and Security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead implementation of privacy tools and platforms (e.g., OneTrust, ServiceNow)
  • Design and manage privacy workflows (PIAs, RoPA, DSARs, data mapping)
  • Translate privacy regulations into technical controls and processes
  • Partner with IT, Engineering, and Security teams on system integrations
  • Support data mapping, data flows, and privacy-by-design initiatives
  • Drive process improvements and automation within the privacy program

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in privacy, IT risk, data governance, or security
  • Strong technical acumen (systems, workflows, integrations)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with privacy/GRC tools (OneTrust, ServiceNow)
  • Familiarity with APIs, data flows, or system integrations
  • Privacy certifications (CIPP, CIPM, CIPT)
  • Exposure to AI or automation tools
