The Global Privacy Office isseekinga highly organized, detail-oriented Global Privacy Program Analystto support the development, coordination, and governance of our Global Privacy Program.
WhatYou’llDo
1. Develop & Manage Global Privacy Program Documentation
Draft, refine, andmaintainGlobal Privacy Programmaterials (e.g.,Policies and standards;Programguidance and playbooks;Training content and awareness materials)
Ensure documentation is updated in alignment with regulatory and program changes.
Maintain version control and coordinate reviews, approvals, and publication cycles.
2. Coordinate Global Privacy Program Governance Activities
Supportpreparation forProgram governance forums(e.g.,Committees, Working Groups, etc.)
Engage aspart ofComplianceRiskManagementtosupportcross-functional alignmentfor Privacy risk andcontrols.
ManageGlobal PrivacySharePoint sitescontent, andappropriate accesscontrols.
Drive development and distribution of Program communications, newsletters, and updates.
3.FacilitateRegulatory Change Management Activities
Facilitateregulatorychange managementactivities forGlobalPrivacy Program, includingsupportingassessments of regulatory changes and their implications for the Global Privacy Program.
Assistin coordinating responses,requiredupdates, and remediation activities across impacted teams.
4. Support Monitoring & Testing of Program Minimum Requirements
Assistin planning, execution, and documentation ofProgrammonitoring and testingrequirements
Supportevidence collection, data validation, and quality checks.
Gatheroutcomes, remediation actions, and completion statustoinform Global PrivacyOfficeinsightacrossFirstLine Privacy
5. Partner on Global Privacy Reporting & Risk Analysis
Collaborate closely with the Global Privacy Reportingteamsto:
Supportvalidationofinputs for dashboards, metrics, and risk reporting
Analyze trends, recurring issues, andthemes
Assistin preparing Program-level reporting for leadership, committees, and regulatory obligations
WhatWe’reLooking For
5-7+ years in privacy, compliance, cybersecurity, audit, or risk management.
Working knowledge of global privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, APPI, LGPD, etc.).
Strong analytical and documentation skills; ability to evaluate control effectiveness.
Exceptional writing, organization, and documentation skillsAbility to workcrossfunctionallyin a complex, highly regulated environment.
Strong organizationandworkloadmanagement skills
Nice to Have
Experience in a 2LOD or oversight/compliance function.
Certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/US, or CIPT
Familiarity withPrivacyManagementtools, GRC platforms,document managementsites,or privacy risk taxonomies.
