Privacy Litigation Associate
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Privacy Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our litigation practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of privacy-related matters, including data breaches, compliance, and regulatory issues.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional legal counsel and support on privacy litigation matters, including data breaches, compliance, and regulatory issues
• Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal issues related to privacy law
• Draft and edit pleadings, motions, and other court documents
• Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement effective litigation strategies
• Stay up-to-date on developments in privacy law and related areas of law
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on privacy law
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
