Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 Salary/year
Travel Percentage: Up to 50%
Job Shift: Day ShiftRothman Orthopaedics is looking to hire a Privacy & Compliance Coordinator based in Center City Philadelphia! This position will allow for the opportunity to work from home and the requirement to travel to all RO offices as needed.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Summary:
Reports to and works with the Director of Compliance as well as members of the management and leadership team to ensure compliance with all federal and state privacy, confidentiality, and other regulations. Assists in supporting the Director of Compliance with other compliance department activity as needed.

Essential Duties:
- Assists with the maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures for Rothman's privacy and compliance programs.
- Assists with oversight of Rothman's privacy and compliance program.
- Assists with monitoring and auditing efforts related to Rothman's privacy and compliance programs.
- Assists workforce members with questions related to Rothman's privacy and compliance programs.
- Assists with educational and training efforts for all new and existing workforce members as related to proposed, or pending legislation and regulations that impact Rothman's privacy and compliance programs.
- Assists with the facilitation of cross-departmental collaborative efforts aimed at the development, implementation, and maintenance of Rothman's compliance and privacy program.
- Assists with gap analyses and assessments related to Rothman's privacy and compliance programs for existing and prospective workforce members, departments and locations.
- Complies with all rules, regulations, and procedures of the Compliance and HIPAA programs.
- Exemplifies the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.
- Assists the Director of Compliance in assessing and maintaining compliance with regulations of varying types, including but not limited to: Sunshine Act, Open Payments, No Surprises Act, Conflicts of Interest, Data Usage, Business Associates Agreements, Affiliation Agreements, Student shadowing, User Information Systems Business Agreements, and more.
Minimum Requirements:
- HS Diploma
- 1-3 years in a healthcare administrative role
- HIPAA Privacy and Compliance Program knowledge
Preferred

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- CHPC, CHC, CPCO, GRCP, HPOC
- 1-3 years privacy and/or compliance related roles.
