About Us: SERVPRO of Braun Station is a premier emergency restoration company specializing in fire, water, and smoke damage mitigation. We help homeowners and businesses navigate the most stressful moments of their lives, providing fast, professional service to restore their property to its pre-loss condition.
The Role: We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Priority Responder (Fire Chaser) to be the first on the scene of property emergencies. You are a "hunter" who thrives on the adrenaline of the chase and possesses the empathy to help families in crisis. You will work directly with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters to secure restoration contracts.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapid Response: Monitor emergency scanners and apps 24/7 to be the first on-site at fire and disaster scenes.
  • On-Site Assessment: Inspect property damage, secure work authorizations, and assist with immediate board-up/stabilization needs.
  • Customer Support: Provide a compassionate, calming presence for families in crisis, explaining our restoration services.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Educate property owners on the restoration process and secure signed agreements.
  • Networking: Build relationships with local fire departments, emergency personnel, and police.
  • Communication: Act as the liaison between the homeowner and our internal production team to ensure a seamless transition.

Requirements:

  • Hunter Mentality: Proven track record in high-pressure, "one-call close" sales.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of restoration, insurance claims, or construction sales experience preferred.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible, on-call schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as emergencies occur.
  • Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Communication: Strong, empathetic verbal communication skills.
  • Technological Literacy: Comfortable using scanner apps, CRM software, and digital signing tools.
