The Priority Responder serves as the primary field representative for SERVPRO of Baldwin, Putnam, & Jones / SERVPRO of Monroe, Madison, & Monticello during the critical initial phase of property damage incidents. This is a high-stakes role that requires a blend of decisive crisis management, professional communication, and business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for arriving on-site at loss scenes, assessing property damage, and securing service authorizations. This position is the "front line" of our organization, requiring an individual who can maintain a calm, professional presence in high-stress environments while driving revenue through expert consultation.
