Join AlphaGraphics in Mason, OH as a PRINTING & SIGNS PROJECT COORDINATOR where you'll be responsible for assisting our clients with their printing and signage projects. This is an INSIDE SALES position. The ideal candidate has print/sign shop experience, possesses excellent customer service & communication skills, works great with other people, and lives in/near Mason, OH.
Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders and provide accurate estimates for print, signage and design services.
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
• Monitor email account and respond accordingly.
• Collaborate with production staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Handle credit card transactions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lives in or near Mason, Ohio.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with print and design services is a plus.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
