About the role
Are you looking for an opportunity to take your retail print experience to the next level? Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a motivated and organised Print Coordinator to look after our customer-facing print facility in a high-profile university. Sole charge but with plenty of support when needed, you’ll provide hands-on print services to staff and students, as well as finding solutions for larger projects requiring offsite production. As the first point of contact, it’s a role that requires a lot of empathy and patience while you guide new customers through all their options.
About you
You will have experience in high volume digital print and finishing and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and fluctuating workloads. Your friendly attitude and people skills will make networking throughout the organisation a breeze! Some other qualities we are looking for:
Management of workflow throughout production process, including accurate data inputting skills
Basic machine maintenance including minor faults, adjustment, and general care
Eye for detail, as finishing quality assurance is essential
Experience with dispatch and dealing with logistics
