Position: Printing Technician - Silkscreen Machine

Location: Rojana Ayutthaya / Working day: Mon-Sat

As a Printing Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the silkscreen machine to produce high-quality prints for our clients. You will work closely with our production team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, while maintaining a high level of quality control and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print Technicians are responsible for managing and executing print jobs, maintaining printing equipment and providing technical support for print operations.
• Operate and maintain the silkscreen machine to produce high-quality prints according to client specifications
• Prepare and set up screens, inks, and other materials for printing
• Inspect and troubleshoot any issues with the machine, and perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed
• Monitor production output and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
• Work closely with the production team to prioritize and fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, and follow safety protocols at all times
• Keep accurate records of production output and materials use
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and reduce waste in the printing process

Requirements:

• Diploma - higher degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating a silkscreen machine
• Strong understanding of silkscreen printing techniques and materials
• Ability to read and interpret client specifications and artwork
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and quality control
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if necessary
• Experience with other printing techniques (e.g. digital printing, heat transfer) is a plus
