Job Description

Arηs Group, Part of Accenture, specializes in the management of complex public sector IT projects, including systems integration, informatics and analytics, solution implementation and program management. Our team helps lead clients through digital and information systems design, bringing expertise in a variety of areas ranging from software development, data science and security management to machine learning, cloud, and mobile development. Arηs Group was acquired by Accenture in July 2024.

  • End-to-end management of the large scale printing solutions thru the complete printing service lifecycle
  • Daily administration of the printing service
  • Daily monitoring of the printing service
  • Daily troubleshooting of the printing service
  • Supporting end users in the daily use of the printing service
  • Maintaining up to date documentation including policies, technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), user manuals, knowledge base articles etc.
  • Advising, proposing and implementing possible configuration improvements, changes or upgrades to maximise solution availability, usability and security and to follow the latest technology trends
  • Other specific duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • B2 Minimum English language skills (CEFR)
  • Minimum 4 years of IT relevant professional experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at similar position
  • Excellent practical knowledge of enterprise class printing solutions: hardware and software
  • Experience in the large scale design, deployment, administration, maintenance and support of the enterprise class printing solutions
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience with Uniflow
  • Practical experience with Toners stock management
  • Practical experience using ID card and thermal printers
  • Excellent knowledge and practical experience with HP Webjetadmin (administration)
  • Excellent communication skills (in written and verbal communication)
  • Ability to create and maintain solution documentation
  • Open minded, excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Very strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and attention to details
  • Friendly, supportive and helpful personality with co-operative and service oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in stressful environment with minimal supervision
