EgyGraph is hiring a Printing Production Manager to manage and supervise daily printing production operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. The role combines production management with a training-focused environment.

Responsibilities
    •     Manage daily printing production operations and workflow planning.
    •     Supervise pre-press, printing, and finishing processes.
    •     Ensure production schedules, deadlines, and quality standards.
    •     Coordinate with trainers, technicians, and workshop staff.
    •     Monitor machine usage, materials, and production costs.
    •     Apply quality control and continuous improvement processes.
    •     Explore and deal with new vendors.
    •     Support trainees by linking training activities with real production work.

Requirements
    •     Bachelor’s degree in Applied Arts (Printing, Publishing & Packaging) or related field.
    •     1–3 years of experience in printing production management.
    •     Good knowledge of printing workflows, materials, and machinery.
    •     Strong leadership and team management skills.
    •     Fresh graduates with relevant background are welcome to apply.
