Job Description

Become a vital part of our printing production team as a Printing Production Associate specializing in post-press operations during the 2nd shift.

This position supports the post-press phase of printing, including folding, trimming, binding, sorting, and matching printed materials for shipment. You will operate equipment, manage materials, and ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.

• LOCATION: Townsend, MA 01469
• POSITION: Right to Hire
• SCHEDULE: 2nd shift - 3:00pm to 11:00pm
• PAY RATE: 19.00 hour

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine manual and/or automated post-press functions.
• Operate basic bindery equipment and use computer systems as needed.
• Set up equipment and efficiently gather materials.
• Monitor and maintain equipment and stock supplies.
• Check order shipments, stamp and proofread customer orders, and generate labels.
• Understand and follow all order instructions to ensure product accuracy, proper ink coverage, correct quantity, and shipping labels.
• Maintain quality levels that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the USA.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

Work Environment

• Position requires standing for most of the workday.
