We offer
1. Base salary
2. Unmatched sales commission

• 5% commission on any sales below $5000
• 8% commission on any sales between $5000 to $15000
• 10% commission on any sales between $15000 to $30000
• 12% commission on any sales above $30000
• Develop great relationship with big accounts like Amazon, Toyota, Honda.

3. 401K
4. laptop computer and cell phone provided.
5. Sales vehicle provided

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in Printing and signages industry• Communication Skills: Excellent, professional written and verbal communication skills• Ability to prospect• Strong organizational skills• Energy, hustle, and appetite for growth and responsibility• self-motivated

**Be able to meet with sales manager daily**

Compensation: Potential 6 figures earning. 12% commission for In House production sales, 8% commission for Subcontract sales. Same commission structure for repeatable orders. (Very limited admin work)
