Job Description

Printfresh is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Fulfillment Lead to work on-site at Ryder, our warehouse partner, as a Printfresh employee. They will check product quality, help make sure incoming shipments and inventory counts are correct, and pack influencer orders and other special projects.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and pays close attention to details. They should be comfortable tracking down missing items, working with the warehouse team, and carefully packing orders so they look great when they arrive. This role works out of the Ryder fulfillment facility, located in Etna, Ohio (Columbus Area).

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse operations and quality assurance

  • Partner with Ryder’s managers to communicate Printfresh’s priorities, monitor daily operations, and resolve issues.
  • Conduct quality checks across product handling, picking, packing, returns, and special services, ensuring accuracy, product condition, and brand standards.
  • Verify packaging and campaign requirements, review initial samples, and document quality concerns.
  • Investigate recurring errors, coordinate corrective action, and train associates on Printfresh’s procedures.

Influencer orders and special projects

  • Personally assemble and quality-check influencer, VIP, PR, and collaboration orders, including custom packaging, personalized notes, and inserts.
  • Perform hands-on value-added services such as gift wrapping, kitting, sample preparation, relabeling, and repackaging.
  • Coordinate monogramming and other specialized work with Ryder, tracking quality, materials, timing, and completion.

Receiving and inventory accuracy

  • Oversee receiving of Printfresh inventory, third-party merchandise, samples, and packaging supplies, with particular attention to small parcels and nonstandard deliveries.
  • Coordinate inbound consolidation and organization, keeping related purchase orders and cartons clearly identified and grouped.
  • Verify deliveries against receiving documents and investigate shortages, damage, mislabeling, and unidentified inventory.
  • Track deliveries through receiving, putaway, and inventory availability; follow up on delays and reconcile receipts before ship notices close.
  • Review cycle-count discrepancies and inventory adjustments, ensuring issues are explained and resolved.

Communication and improvement

  • Keep Printfresh informed of receiving progress, quality concerns, project status, and operational risks.
  • Maintain an action tracker, support weekly Ryder meetings, and follow through on commitments.
  • Keep procedures current and identify ways to reduce errors, rework, damage, and unnecessary costs.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse operations, ecommerce fulfillment, inventory control, or third-party logistics; apparel or consumer-product experience is a plus.
  • Ability to coordinate warehouse teams and logistics partners, solve problems, and drive accountability.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication, with an eye for product quality and presentation.
  • Willingness to pack, assemble, inspect, and troubleshoot as part of your daily work.
  • Comfort with warehouse systems and spreadsheets; RyderShip, Fulfil, or Shopify experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in an active warehouse and follow facility safety requirements.

About Printfresh

A longtime lover of patterns and textiles, Amy Voloshin founded Printfresh with her husband Leo in 2016 as a way to combine a few of her greatest passions—quality fabrics, bold prints, and sustainable practices. What started as a tiny operation of Amy packing and shipping orders out of her house has since grown into a nationally recognized (and loved) sleepwear and lifestyle brand. Inspired by plants, animals, and home décor, our prints often start as gouache paintings that are translated into digital illustrations and then hand screen printed or embroidered onto 100% organic cotton. With sizes ranging from XS petite to 6X, along with offering women’s, men’s and all-gender silhouettes, we hope anyone can find their perfect fit.
