Cornell University's IT at Cornell team is seeking a customer-focused Print Technician to support CU Print, Cornell's campus-wide printing service. In this highly visible role, you'll be the go-to person ensuring students, faculty, and staff have reliable access to printing services across campus.
You'll spend your days working directly with campus partners, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with vendors, supporting over 140 student printing locations, and helping create an exceptional customer experience. Within IT at Cornell, the Enterprise Services CU Print Team manages Cornell's student printing environment and supports reliable printing services across campus. Our team works closely with students, library staff, campus partners, and technology vendors to ensure a seamless and equitable printing experience for the Cornell community.
As the Print Technician, you'll serve as the primary on-campus support resource for Cornell's student printing environment.
