The Print Sales Specialistis responsible forspecializing in sales, collaborating with Ownership Teams, managing account relationships, and providingexpertiseon HP's products and services. This role focuses on achieving sales quotas, developing proposals, landing new logos, and ensuring client hand-offs.
The Print Sales SpecialistownsPrintSolutions focused selling activities aligned to an overall account strategy with existing or new accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Specialize in sales and collaborate with Ownership Teams.
Manage account relationships and provideexpertiseonHP's products and services.
Achieve sales quotas and develop proposals.
Land new logos and ensure client hand-offs.
Identifyand pursue expansion opportunities within existing and new accounts.
Ownsthe Printfocused selling activities aligned to an overall account strategy.
Collaborate with the AE toidentify, land, adopt, expand, renew, and close opportunities.
Ensure high-quality pipeline management and achieve sales quotas.
Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, up to and including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts, by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client for collaboration products and solutions to propose outcome-based solutions to customers.
New Pipeline – To independently generate pipeline for HP’s Print/Solutions offering.
Qualify and Update Opportunities – To qualify, document and update opportunity and pursuit strategy throughout the sales process.
Pipeline Management – To partner with sales lead for account to ensure pipeline sizing and tracking and visibility across the sales process; to ensure pipeline for their own product area meets expectations/targets.
Implementation and Adoption – To collaborate with Customer Success & other post-sales resources to supporttimelyimplementation and effective adoption of HP solutions. Conduct Handover meetings with customers for contractual Deals.
Assist with Account Plans (SAR), QBR, VAS andsolutionspresentation materials
Education& Experience Recommended:
Bachelor’sdegree is preferred but notrequired
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
Proventrack recordof achieving sales quotas and driving business growth.
Experience inmanaging sales processes and building customer relationships.
Strong understanding of market trends andabilityto turn insights into business opportunities.
Experience navigating complex organizational structures toidentifyand capitalize on growth opportunities
Knowledge & Skills

Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic planning abilities.
Leadership communication and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.

Compensation and benefits
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is € 65.700,00 to € 99.550,00 annually, with a 6040 (salary/incentive) mixPay varies by job-related skills, effort, responsibility, working conditions, experience and work location.
