THE OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Print Room Associate at our client site in Canberra, ACT. This role requires the ability to provide an efficient service delivery based in a customer site, while ensuring efficiency, cost consciousness and excellent customer service.
Please note: This is a 9 months Parental cover Max term opportunity. Hours are scheduled on a roster basis between 7:30am and 4:30pm, depending on team coverage requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted on-site advisor, delivering high-quality print services while building strong customer relationships and meeting service level standards.
• Manage end-to-end service delivery, prioritising and coordinating high-volume print requests within tight and changing deadlines.
• Provide expert advice on efficient, high-quality and cost-effective print, design and distribution solutions, supporting tailored client outcomes.
• Optimise workflows to maximise productivity, minimise waste in line with best practice benchmarks, and maintain appropriate stock levels of consumables.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process, system and service enhancements, leveraging shared services and external vendors where required.
• Support operational excellence through reporting and analysis of monthly activity, resolving customer issues professionally, and coaching and cross-training team members.
Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in finishing and binding operations within a print centre environment is highly desirable
• Intermediate P/C skills & Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
